Behavior Technician (RBT)
At Born to Blossom, our behavior technicians are paraprofessionals who provide applied behavior analytic services under the direction and supervision of our BCaBAs and BCBAs. This position is an entry-level position, requiring a high school diploma or GED and the ability to complete a training sequence to obtain certification prior to working with our clients. Behavior Technicians work directly with the clients, implementing interventions and building relationships.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst position is an undergraduate level certification that can be obtained by completing a Bachelor's degree and an approved course sequence, along with obtaining supervision through an approved supervisor. This position requires current certification as a BCaBA prior to applying, however, if you are interested in becoming a BCaBA, Born to Blossom will provide supervision and training to the right applicants! BCaBAs work under the supervision of BCBAs and fill a clinical supervisor role, carrying their own caseload or working on an existing caseload with another BCaBA or BCBA. These professionals assess, evaluate, and design individualized intervention programs for the behavior technicians to implement.

Autism Specialist (AS)
In the state of Kansas, professionals with a Master's degree in a human services field or education may attend a specialized training designed for those who will work as Autism Specialists. These individuals will work under the supervision of Born to Blossom's certified professionals and can supervise staff who are not certified by the BACB. Autism Specialists may carry their own caseload or work on an existing caseload with a certified clinician. These professionals assess, evaluate, and design individualized intervention programs for the behavior technicians to implement.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position is a graduate level certification that can be obtained by completing a Master's degree and an approved course sequence, along with obtaining supervision through an approved supervisor. This position requires current certification as a BCBA prior to applying, however, if you are interested in becoming a BCBA, Born to Blossom will provide supervision and training to the right applicants! Our BCBAs fill a clinical supervisor role, carrying their own caseload or helping to supervise and manage the caseloads of our BCaBAs and AS level professionals. These professionals assess, evaluate, and design individualized intervention programs for the behavior technicians to implement.
